We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. If you receive a product that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at probeatitude@gmail.com
 with:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will assess the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Since we do not accept returns, all items, including beauty and personal care products are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

The product is proven defective or damaged
The item is out of stock after purchase
The issue is verified and approved by our team

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
